Katie Daysh works in retail but her passions are writing fiction and history, which she has an Open University degree in. Her debut novel, the queer Age of Sail novel Leeward, is was published in 2023, to be followed by two other naval adventures featuring Hiram Nightingale and Arthur Courtney. She lives on the Isle of Wight.
