Gary Robert Muschla received his B.A. in history and M.A.T. from Trenton State College and taught in Spotswood, New Jersey for more than 25 years. While he spent many of those years in the classroom specializing in reading and language arts at the elementary level, he also taught mathematics for several years. He has written various resource books on reading and writing for teachers, and has co-authored several math resource books with his wife Judy. In recent years, he and Judy have co-authored resource books with their daughter Erin. In addition, he has written three historical novels.
