James F. Jenney is a Rhode Island native from Newport, author of 8 diving-related shipwrecks books. He resides in Kissimmee, Florida and visits Rhode Island frequently. In 2008 he was selected to become the Marine Historian of the Beavertail Lighthouse Museum Association and continues his lifetime endeavor to complete documentation of all major shipwrecks and other marine disasters in Rhode Island waters.
