James Lewis

James Lewis is a pen name of Mat McLeod who was raised on a small farm near spacious fields, trees, and a creek bed, he had a playground that was nothing short of picturesque. The wide open space was a proving ground for creativity, and he took full advantage by creating worlds in which he played many roles.

As an adult he developed a deep love of history. He gravitated toward compelling stories of real people, doing amazing things. He combined his adventurous imagination, with his love for storytelling, and he became an Author. He writes epic historical fiction novels.
