Tad Fitch (1980-) was born in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, and still lives in northeast Ohio. He has held a life-long interest in history, and has been researching a variety of topics for the past two decades, largely focused on the Titanic and liner history, as well as both world wars. He has written numerous articles that have been published both online and in the Titanic Historical Society's quarterly journal, 'The Titanic Commutator.' Tad has contributed material to multiple books on the Titanic and liner history, and research he has been involved with has been cited in many books and other works.
