Tom Trevorrick and Paul Pengelly are about to bring disgrace to all Cornish mariners. They are dismantling surplus ex-Royal Naval ships in order to sell them for scrap value but the value of brass falls to an uneconomic level. They must answer to their shareholders and their solution to the problem is both simple and startling.
