Black Ivory

Bill Cannock, a cadet aboard a British merchant vessel volunteers to go ashore and rescue three white women from the dangers of an Arab attack which has broken out in Mina el Kebir. Soon he is caught up in the affairs of Adam MacAdam who has been given orders by the United Nations to track down the slave traders who deal in "black ivory" in the markets of the towns bordering the Red Sea.
