George Fielding Eliot (1894-1971), a Major in the U. S. Army's Military Intelligence Reserve, was a writer, lecturer and broadcaster about military affairs and national defence for more than 30 years. He did however venture into historical naval fiction.
His novels are not copyright in many countries and are available as a free eBooks.
