Fletcher's Glorious First of June

In 1794 Jacob Fletcher renounces the fortune to which he is heir and sets out on a mission to make his own fortune through trade. Unaware that England is now regarded as the enemy, he is held captive by a Boston family whilst his old adversary Lady Sarah Coignwood plots his downfall in London, uncovering any incriminating evidence she can in order to ruin him when he returns to England.
